The words are yours.
The structure is ready.

Start with a draft or a few facts. The workflow helps gather what is missing, shape the text and check the completed document.

01

Tell it what matters

Provide the sender, recipient and purpose. Add the facts, desired outcome and any reference numbers you want included.

02

Choose your format

Work with an editable Word or OpenDocument file. Request a Google Doc through a connected Google Drive integration, or export a finished letter.

03

Review, then use

Check the wording, addresses, dates and layout. The workflow removes unused fields and checks page numbering against the rendered page count.

Made for the details

A template that leaves
room for your message.

Sender and recipient blocks, a clear subject line, consistent spacing and room for a signature. One-page letters omit page numbers; longer letters use automatic page numbers and totals.

What you need

Local DOCX and ODT creation needs a host with file execution. PDF and RTF exports need a converter or an authorized Google Drive export. Verifying page layout needs a document renderer.

Google Docs requires a connected Google Drive integration. Plain text preserves the wording, but has no page layout.

This is an independent template-based tool. It is not a DIN-certified product, and it does not guarantee that every finished letter conforms to the standard.
