This policy describes the practices of Jonas Aschenbrenner, publisher of Make a letter, for this plugin, its information website and support correspondence.

Using the plugin

Make a letter contains instructions, document templates and local helper scripts. It does not operate a publisher-run service that receives your prompts or letter content, and it includes no publisher-added analytics or telemetry.

Your content is processed by the host in which you use the plugin and by any services you choose to connect. For example, a Google Docs workflow uses your connected Google Drive account. Local files are created in the execution environment provided by your host; “local” does not necessarily mean that processing takes place only on your personal computer.

This website

This is an informational site hosted using OpenAI Sites. Its page code includes no analytics, tracking pixels, contact forms or application database, and it does not set cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request and service data to operate their services. The absence of publisher-added tracking does not mean that no hosting or platform data is processed.

If you email support

If you email jonas.aschenbrenner@gmail.com, Jonas receives your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you send. This information is used to handle your enquiry and retain the correspondence. The mailbox is provided by Gmail, so Google also processes the correspondence as part of providing that service.

Retention and deletion

Support correspondence has no fixed retention period. Jonas intends to keep received emails for as long as possible. You can email the same address to request deletion of your correspondence or ask about information you have sent. Please identify the relevant messages.

Files and conversations in your host or connected accounts are subject to those providers' settings and retention practices. Contact the relevant provider or use its account controls for those records; a request to Jonas does not delete records held independently by those providers.
